8/6/2020: It has taken me a couple of hours to get into the right mode to start writing this blog. But here I am! I'm over to Matt's this afternoon and I rarely ever write here. My Mom has my car today since hers is in the shop. I got her to drop me over here once I was finished my Zoom classes this morning/early afternoon. This is my last week of class before I graduate from the program. I will miss the wonderful simplicity of the classes. It was definitely a once in a lifetime kinda thing...Anyway, this afternoon while watching the documentary "Grey Gardens" Mimitchi passed away at the old age of 24. I was expecting him to go at anytime and he never got to finish watching the documentary which I *really* enjoyed. I was even more joyful when I realized there was also a movie made about it in 2009! So after hatching my yellow/blue Mimitchi Tama I bought the movie on YouTube and watched it. The documentary is called The Beales of Grey Gardens and the movie is just titled Grey Gardens. I am going to watch both documentary and movie again. It's one of those things I will need to watch a few times just because I've absolutely fallen in love with the two women. I definitely needed the pick-me-up these last few days....! Some of the parts brought me to tears too, but a good kind of crying mind you. Anyways. I am very happy to say that one of my Greymons, the brown/black DigiMon, changed into Metal Greymon a few days back. I was not expecting this at all because I don't feel that I cared for them very well. Metal Greymon has a 79% victories, while Greymon has gone down to just 20%. I fear if I keep battling them that poor Greymon will die as a result -- I've had this happen before in the past. Or maybe I am imagining it happened. Either way I do know it can happen because I've read it in other peoples blogs. The Morino Tamagotch is still on pause for the time being. After Tentotchi passes away I am going to take a break from Morino for a little while. I need to focus on raising Mimitchi right now. Well my Tonmarutchi is now 50% disciplined and all is going well with him so far. I will have to be extra careful to make sure that I don't miss any disciplines since his beeps aren't as loud as they used to be. Other than that the buttons are still working great. :) I put my clear purple P1 away with my other Tamas just a few minutes ago because it's time I give that gorgeous Tama a rest. I've had it active on and off now since last July, but this is the first time I've taken the batteries out and put it away since then. I decided to take out another P1 Tama from my box and it's the clear green with blue buttons and heavy keychain one. I am definitely going to hatch it over the coming days... It's just too late at the moment. Who knows I may even write another blog this week. :) I'm getting better at it. Hehehe I am keeping Tonmarutchi up late with me. It's 11:04PM now and I'm debating putting on a little Grey Gardens before I fall asleep.... Or maybe I'll write in my journal. Either way that is all for this blog! More to come! |
