8/1/2018: Well... Two of my five ordered Tamagotchi showed up today. :) So needless to say I have had a new hatching today. And you wanna know what is even more amazing? I hatched my 200th Tamagotchi today. That's right, my white with black buttons 2017 P1 is my 200th on my Tamagotchi History list. This was not planned or expected but it is definitely fitting. So I hatched the little guy and he went through the normal baby feeding hour long stage. Basically everything seems pretty much on par with the 1997 P1, but I *know* for sure that it's not an exact replica. I notice differences in the sounds, the button sensitivity, and of course the back of the Tama is completely different and runs on the same battery as the Connections. I hatched my white w/black buttons 2017 Tama at 4:27 and he emerged from the egg at 4:32.  It was around 5:45 before he changed into a Marutchi whereby he has been very easy to care for since then. He required a discipline at about 7:25 and then went to bed at 8PM. So very much the same as a 1997.... I have not fed many snacks yet, and I don't intend to either as that brings on sickness and death from what I am hearing online. I had planned on doing a seperate blog for my new 2017 Tamas, but I've decided that can wait as I am extremely busy with work and other things online lately. When I do write a detailed blog about it, I will run a 1997 Tam alongside the 2017 and compare the experience. :) In other thoughts my two Tamas that I hatched on January 1st changed into Zukitchi and Ginjirotchi. :) I was not unahppy about either of these as I love both, especially Ginji. :) Mimitchi is still a young Tama due to continued pausing.... I have a hard time letting go of sweet Mimitchi the more time that passes. As Roseanne said in one episode about DJ, he was just growing up too fast, and pretty soon she was gonna have to put him in the freezer and take him out on special occassions. ;) Anyways, I would write more but I'm tired as it is and worked overtime this evening, so I really don't feel like being at a computer anymore.
