5/12/2015: Today poor Takotchi (orange w/green Tama) passed away at age 9 around 12:30pm. I was at the mall doing some Christmas shopping, and I was having lunch with Matt in the hair salon. I know it is in their programming to leave so early, but I always hope that they will stay longer. I decided to stick the tab back in my orange Tama after that. But I ended up hatching my clear light blue Gen2 around 4pm with Kat and Shawn. Kat and I both hatched the same Tama - the one she had double of and sent to me as a gift. :) I am going to try for Hashizotchi on this one!!!!

In other thoughts my clear green changed into the beaked character today, Kutchitamatchi! I hope I can raise a Kutchipatchi this time! I am going to give it my best shot anyway and see what happens.

Mimitchi got sick this evening at the age of 12 - a regular occurance at his age. He is still easy to care for, though of course. I have calculated the days and if he leaves me in 10-12 days I will still be able to get him back in time to spend Christmas with me.. I will definitely need him around for Christmas this year. Just wouldn't be right not to. It is going to be hard enough as it is this year.....!

Anyways I am keeping Mimitchi up late with me tonight. It is after midnight now, and I am gonna be ready to get some zZ's pretty soon! I have been finding it really hard to sleep lately.... So I am gonna take some melatonine and snuggle up with Mimitchi and find something fun to watch until I feel like I can close my eyes. These are the nights that I really love having Mimitchi around. :)
