10/11/2015: Well it has been a couple of days since I have written a blog because nothing happened until today. My Tamas haven't seen much past the office and the drive back and forth from work. Last night my clear black Tama got sick so I knew he would be changing this morning. He asked for his final discipline at 9:04 after he woke up, but I knew it wasn't going to make much of a difference since I missed one on Saturday while I was napping. He finally changed at 9:45 into..... Pochitchi.... I would be lying if I said I wasn't disappointed, but that's life in the land of Tama characters. I will do my best to be nice to him. Afteral, he is an alright Tama to have - healthy, long life and easy to care for until he reaches his old age.
The work day went pretty well, was kept busy with indexing claims and helping the new trainees all day. At 10:09 my two Tamatchi's asked for discipline. I decided to leave the clear green one at 75%, but disciplined the white/black one all the way to 100%. They both got sick at 10:45, and at last they changed into adults tonight at 8:10. I got exactly who I wanted on these two, my clear green changed into sweet Ginjirotchi and white/black became Mametchi. Very happy with these two indeed. :)
My two Mimitchi's are doing great at 11 and 13. Both of them have gotten sick, but other than that are not showing any signs of demand yet. I really wish I had just gotten a third Mimitchi on that clear black Tama... I am still kicking myself over not just leaving his discipline at 50% and going for Zukitchi like I had planned so I could try for the secret character.... Anyways.
Nonetheless, with five adult Tamas now, I decided to hatch one more this evening at 8:19 pm, my teal Gen1 Tama. This is a really gorgeous Tama - nice teal shell with purple paint around the window and yellow buttons. For a total of six Tamas to care for now, I am going to try for Masukutchi or Kutchipatchi. If I get Masukutchi I am going to try for the P1 secret character who I really want to get. But I really want to get Kutchipatchi as well. I will be happy with either of those characters. It is just so hard for me to neglect them to get the beaked character. I will see what I end up with in a couple of days.
I am raising my teal Tama through the Babitchi stage now while I watch Friends with my Dad, so I am taking a lot longer than I normally would to write a blog. He will soon change into Marutchi and go to bed since it is after 8pm. With a day off work tomorrow, it will be a nice break for the middle of the week. Tomorrow is a stat holiday in Canada, and I had hoped to be able to take a couple of vacation days to make it an extra long weekend, but I wasn't able to get the time off. So I will save those days for another time..... Regardless, tomorrow will be a nice day where I can relax and care for my Tamas. :)
My teal Tama just changed and went to bed, and my other five will follow suit in a half hour. I say I will probably make an early night of it myself and get a good nights sleep so I can enjoy my day off tomorrow to the full. :)
