June - July 2021
Part 6
|
Tuesday, June 1, 2021: I can't believe we are into another part of the journal! Not a whole lot has been going on around here and then today we were hit with a bunch of news all at once. Matthew just started a new job yesterday, and then today we found out that we have 3 months to vacate the property we are renting. (the owners are selling the house) Busker has been a smiling face to look to this afternoon while I try to process everything.....! 10:50PM: I am a little more calm now but I still don't know what to do. Busker is staying up late with us.
Tuesday, July 6, 2021: I'm back after over a month of not writing here. June was an extremely hard month and the beginning of July has been rough as well. Busker as been on pause for the majority of the past month but I just took him off pause while I update here. I want to get back into journal writing and virtual pets again so I am going to let Busker live out his life and see what happens next...! I was having so much fun with the Komputer Koala and the Bobo Panda Byte. I seem to get more into virtual pets during the fall and winter months. Matthew has become completely addicted to "Mine Craft" on the Nintendo Switch so I have taken up refuge at my old village on "Animal Crossing: New Leaf" on the Nintendo 3DS. It has been so much fun revisiting my old town!
Thursday, July 22, 2021: Well at least I made it back before an entire month passed by again. Busker has remained on pause due to the fact that things have been very stressful in my life. However, today I had a very good appointment with one of my doctors (I have two wonderful doctors) and I think there is some light at the end of the dark tunnel I've been going through for the last two years..... I just took Busker off pause and I'm hoping to let him live out the rest of his days off pause. After that I am looking forward to hatching either another Tam or virtual pet. :-) I'm really not ready to talk about what is going on in my life right now (even though I know that nobody reads this) but I will definitely write about it in the future. For now... I will say that I got some major stuff out in the open today and I am praying things will be looking up from here. <3 Later: Busker Ginji is keeping me company while I rest and browse through various YouTube videos. I have given in to only feeding snacks now for happiness since he has beeped with empty hearts about 3 times this evening.
Saturday, July 24, 2021: Busker is very demanding but he got to spend time with me this afternoon while I played "Animal Crossing: New Leaf" and watched a very good documentary about Freddie Mercury. He is back on pause for the time being.... I don't know how I managed to care for so many Tams years back. But maybe I'll get back into it in the coming months. Who knows....!
Wednesday, July 28, 2021, 12:39AM: Busker is still spending a lot of time on pause due to the fact that Matthew and I have been stressing over finding a place to live. Tonight we came across a listing for a rental house that is GORGEOUS! It feels too good to be true so that's why I'm trying not to get my hopes up too much. With three extra bedrooms in this house, we'd be able to rent the rooms out to help with the cost. It is actually my dream house!!! I guess this is the safest place to talk about a nice dream like this. :) I have told a few friends which I already regret because the moment I get my hopes up about something, things usually fall through.
Thursday, July 29, 2021: I am trying to spend a little bit of time with Busker each day off pause. Right now he is sitting beside me while watching parts of the documentary "Making a Murderer" on Netflix. I'm continually thinking about which virtual pet I want to run next, and if I want to wait until Buskers departure to do so. I am also interested in running one of my 2018 P1/P2 replicas which are not as predictable as the 1997 originals with regard to care and characters. I'm up for a little challenge. :) I have a USA purple and pink P1, and a USA white/green/cartoon images P2. I also have several of the Japanese P1/P2 2017 editions which are all lovely. SO I have my pick of several shell designs. :) |
