Friday, December 1, 2023: It's finally ! :-D  Sadly I've taken two panic attacks today, and nearly threw up at one point. My anxiety is really bad. :-( I had to pause all of my Tams for the better part of the day because I fell asleep in the early afternoon and didn't wake up till almost 7pm. The only news to report for today is that Lacy changed into a pirorirotchi, the little christmas tree looking character from osu/mesu--very fitting for the 1st of December if I do say so.  I will write more tomorrow and *hopefully* be feeling a little better... This too shall pass.

Saturday, December 2, 2023: I paused the Tams when we went to Swiss Chalet for our dinner tonight. Festive specials all around! The only thing to report for today is that the matchmaker came for Brie. She now has a baby boy. :-) Soon Shein and Toby will grow into adults--probably tomorrow. Now off I go for an early bedtime... Sooo sleepy!

Monday, December 4, 2023: I woke up to the sound of Tams changing this morning at 10am. I was in for a wonderful surprise when I fully woke up to see Shein and Toby had grown into two of my favorite characters, mimitchi and ginjirotchi. :-) I honestly couldn't think of two better characters to get, and they will be love mates later in life!  Brie left her baby boy all alone last night after midnight. I named the baby Archi and he's a harutchi. I am still in the midst of a lot of anxiety but things are getting better since Friday. Tomorrow I am going to talk through some of this stuff with my therapist who I've been seeing on and off since 2019.  I will definitely be pausing my Tams during this time tomorrow! The Tams just got to watch a segment about Ina Garten from the BBC.  She is one of my favorite people to watch on the Food Network. :-)

Tuesday, December 5, 2023: I was pleasantly surprised when Lacy changed into a kutchipatchi earlier this morning. I am going to prolong her life through pausing so that she can be Archi's wife once he is grown up.  I've already started connecting them!  Speaking of which, Archi changed into a teen I've never had before--gourmetchi. I am presently deciding if I want to work on his intellectual or kindness skills.  I don't know if I will ever be able to master that dance mini-game or not... I've not even attempted it yet.  Shein and Toby are growing more fond of one another as the days go on, but I am not ready for them to have babies just yet. :-)

Wednesday, December 6, 2023: I've been playing the flag game with Archi, my gourmetchi a lot to raise his kindness skills. If all goes according to plan then he will change into a shimashimatchi late tomorrow morning/early afternoon. :-) My current Tams who are still awake, Toby and Lacy are enjoying the fireplace channel, and I have my Christmas scented candles burning. :-D

The projector arrived from amazon this afternoon and we've already tested it out to make sure it works well.  Tomorrow we are going to get some shelving to put up around the den, and then Matt is going to mount the projector on the wall.  I plan on taking more pictures. Pretty soon I will be moving the entire Tamagotchi and virtual pet collection over here to the apartment--they will be moving from the family home into our new home. Lots to do and organize!

Thursday, December 7, 2023: Archi, my little V4 changed into a shimashimatchi just as I had hoped for. :-) What an adorable little character he is. I am going to start connecting him with Lacy and getting them more in love! Lacy is a kutchipatchi which is just the character I need for my V4. I've caught Archi standing next to the Christmas tree like four times today--sooo adorable!  As for Shein and Toby, I haven't had the heart to mate them off yet! Maybe I will mate them and then pause them at night so that the babies don't leave so soon. ;-D I just love having mimitchi and ginjirotchi characters at the same time.  They've all been very good today while I've been busy cooking, and Matt put up shelving in the game room, yahooo!! Saturday, December 9, 2023: I finally mated Shein and Toby, my mimitchi and ginjirotchi who have been on pause for the last number of days. They had baby girls just shortly after 1pm today! I've also been connecting Archi and Lacy quite a bit. They are fully in love now--just aren't old enough to mate yet. :-)

Sunday, December 10, 2023 11:24AM: I mated Archi and Lacy as soon as I woke up this morning. They had baby boys which means each of my 4 connection tams will all have a mate in the next generation!! :-D This is a rarity for sure. If all goes according to plan then I will be raising 4 babitchis on the same day this coming week!! What a perfect little group they are. :-) I am going to pause all of them while I go do some Christmas shopping and will be back to update again later!

Later: I bought a frasier fir scented candle today which is my favorite scented Christmas candle.  This was an expensive purchase but I only do it once a year and the candle will last me well into January for sure. :-) I bought Matthew a nice hat for his birthday this week, and then I have a couple of last minute things to pick up for Mom and Eileen and I will be all done my shopping. :-D Mom and I had lunch at Wendy's and then I came back to the apartment for a nap.  It is 8:56pm now and I will likely go to sleep early. Very tired.

Wednesday, December 13, 2023: Shein, Toby, Lacy, and Archi have all gone back to Tamagotchi Planet. I had my hands full yesterday when all of the parents had left the children at the same time.  I can't say I've ever had this happen before but I decided to raise ALL the babies at once, hehe. :-D I once cared for 10 P1/P2 Tams all at the same time back in 2015 so I figured I could handle four connection Tams. I have all child Tams at the moment and their names are Cassy, Ira, Jeffy, and Kent. I have equal amounts of boys and girls so it will be a matchmaker-less Christmas for sure. :-) Tonight I am going to pause them when we go to Holiday baking night at my cousins!  Yesterday they got to watch "Home Alone" 1 and 2, which I thought was very appropriate for little child Tams.

Thursday, December 14, 2023: Yesterday I got some really good news that I wasn't expecting. I won't get into it much here only to say that I have a little more security in life now..So long as I keep making good choices and moving forward I see a good future ahead.

The Tams all changed at the same time this morning into teenagers! Cassy and Ira are both itchigotchi, Jeffy is a hashitamatchi and Kent is a hinotamatchi. I look at the hinotamatchi as being an unhealthy teen, but this is not the case of the V4. :-) I am playing the shapes game with Kent so that he will change into another adult I've not yet had--tosakatchi. I see myself having the V4 and my other connections running for many months to come. :-) Then I am going to look into starting a V4.5!

Friday, December 15, 2023: The tams are growing at a slower pace now because I am having to pause them due to being busy. I have them here with me now but I am going to pause them when Brandon arrives for game night. Then on Tuesday another friend will be visiting from away so I don't know how much time I will have for virtual pets over the holidays...! Either way they will still be involved in the festivities. It is my belief that a paused Tam can still take in what is going on around them.  They just mature a lot slower, and that is okay by me. :-)

Sunday, December 17, 2023: I have a totally free day today so I am spending time with Cassy, Ira, Jeffy and Kent. :-) Other than some discipline/praise calls there is not much to report. My anxiety has been elevated, but I am all together aware of why I am feeling this way so that sorta makes it easier to deal with... Either way, I really just want to have a nice Christmas season with my family and friends.

Wednesday, December 20, 2023: I had one evolution yesterday before I paused everyone. Kent changed into a tosakatchi just as I had been hoping for! The others are all still in the teen stage for some strange reason, even though they have all had the same amount of off pause time....! I'm sure they will evolve eventually.  I am going to be busy now with Christmas festivities and friends visiting so I will update again when I can. :-)

Monday, December 25, 2023: Merry Christmas! Sometime between my last post and today the rest of my clan changed into adults. Cassy is a mametchi, Ira a debatchi, and Jeffy is a wooltchi! I really love the tosakatchi character that Kent changed into! I'd write more, but I am tired from all the Christmas festivities. I will write more in the next couple of days or so. :-)

Wednesday, December 27, 2023: Babies all around! Yesterday I was connecting my little ones a bunch and before I knew it they all had babies. Jeffy and Ira have baby girls, and Cassy and Kent have baby boys, yay! It will be another matchmaker-less generation!

Thursday, December 28, 2023: Well, the busy times of Christmas are all over now. China flew back to Toronto early this morning, but we got to see her and Kirk late last night one last time. :-) I miss her already! Now it's time to settle back into Tams and video games.

I got lots of fun things for Christmas including second generation Apple AirPods, a Floppy Frog GigaPet (the 2022 version), a heated blanket, gift cards, an adorable little mushroom lamp, a little bag of squishys (Matt knows I love adorable things), and much more that I am sure I'm forgetting. Oh yes, Laura & John gave us gorgeous new bath towels last night, and fancy hand soap for the half bathroom. :-)

Friday, December 29, 2023: Well Cassy, Ira, Jeffy and Kent all left their babies last night.  I have my work cut out for me yet again here!  I've named them Cielo, Bell, Shar and Air. I raised all four babitchi at the same time in the last generation and I am doing the same again this time.  I will update again after to tell which child characters they change into. :-)

I'm back again with an update: Cielo is a marutchi, Bell is hitodetchi, Shar is tamatchi and Air is a mohitamatchi! All lovely little child characters. :-)

Sunday, December 31, 2023: Well, this will be the last entry for 2023! Another year complete and a new one about to begin. :-) I pretty much want to continue on the same journey I've been on since 2022 with video games, virtual pets, spending time with family and friends, watch some new TV shows, eat good food, take care of my health, the usual things. :-) I think the major highlight of 2023 for me was getting the new 3DS that I had always wanted, and never thought I'd get.

This morning all my child tams changed into teenagers. They are now as follows: Cielo and Bell are oniontchi, Shar is a pirorirotchi, and Air is a hinotamatchi.

Matthew has been playing a scary game for the nintendo switch called "Madison". While he has been busy playing that, I have been playing my 3DS and enjoying everything winter has to offer in ACNL. I've also been playing "Mario Kart 7" online while the server is still active... In the new year I think I am going to mod one of my 3DS' (since I have 3) and if that goes well then I may mod my BEST (newest) unit. Shawn modded his yesterday and he was successful.
