25/2/2025: Yesterday I slept in and my Deviradramon died at only 15. :~( I was so mad considering I wanted him to battle with my 1997 DigiMon! I decided right then and there to hatch my clear orange 20th anniversary DigiMon which was new in box. It's been very interesting comparing the 1997 with the 2019 version, and the fact they can connect to each other is amazing. Why can't the re-release connections do that?? Anyways.... I have the healthy teen of Agumon on both Digi's now and I've been battling them. :) My clear orange 20th has 28% victories while my blue/grey 1997 has 71%! The 1997 one whoops the pants off the re-release. I am going to keep battling them and see how things go. It's been rather chaotic raising 9 Tamagotchi's at once, but it's given me an idea of which ones I enjoy most. Right now I can truthfully say that I adore my remakes! I never thought I'd hear myself say that, but it's the truth. :) Don't get me wrong, I love my 1997 Tams, but the re-releases are just so new and still have that aspect of mystery to them. I likely won't start anymore 1997 Tams after these ones go. I want to get right back to raising remakes only. I'd say the only one who will stick around for any length of time will be my 1997 DigiMon. The others are all going to have unhealthy characters. I've been taking perfect care of Zukitchi on my space galaxy Tam in the hope he will change into zatchi! I think it's a very fitting character to have for a space themed Tam! I expect a change sometime today in fact! I have been pausing Angel Ginji on my dreamy angel since I've been missing Ginjirotchi a lot since he left on me the other day. I also have my US 1997 Angel to contend with! I'm going for Taraten on that one. Angels never live long unless you get the twins. I find the Gen3's much more enjoyable than the original Angels. :) I've been leaving the lights on my 1997 Gen1/2 Tams every night and going for the beaked teen characters. After that I am going to keep leaving the lights on each night and end up with Tarakotchi/Kusatchi for my final adult form. These guys don't get demanding at all so they're perfect characters to get. Most of the exciting things have been happening with Yasashii Tamagotch! I've been writing all kinds of stuff over in the Yasashii Tamagotch Blogs Part 3. I have the healthy teen Meruhetchi again and I am soooo excited about it. I am going to continue updating that page throughout today and should have an adult by tomorrow. :) Last but not least we have sweet Mimitchi on my clear green 2017 Japanese Tama! He is 19 years old and only in the beginning stages of becoming demanding. It seems that Mametchi/Mimitchi and Bill/Zatchi live longer lives on the remakes! I wish Ginji lived longer on the remake.... Ah well. I will be back later to update this log since it's only 11:26AM and I'm sure there will be more changes happen throughout the day.
