15/1/2025: The last two days have been *really* good days and I am almost afraid to write about it because I've felt sooo good and I don't want it to end. I've made several breakthroughs in the last two days, and a lot of that I owe to Tamagotchi. :) Yesterday I had the urge to go Tama hunting "out in the wild" as it's called on social media. That means finding Tamagotchi and or any other virtual pets inside a department store. There is just something fun about seeing Tams in the stores as apposed to browsing Amazon or eBay. I've had so much fun the last two days out and about window shopping. I am going to get comfy here with my Tams and write about my adventures. :) Yesterday I started out my day like any other: I got up, had breakfast, showered and headed to Starbucks for a chocolate cream cold brew. Once I had my fix of caffein I decided to hit Game Stop to check out the Tamagotchi and video game selection. There were two rock glitter Gen2's, one marble Gen1, and two soda Connection Tams. I do not care for the rock glitter design at all, and my dear Katherine already gave me the marble Gen1. :) So that was that. I looked around a little more, carrying my Tams in my 3ds case the whole time, and then I headed over across the parking lot to Wal-Mart. I was very nervous to go in there but it's been getting easier going in places lately... ::knock on wood::.. So I get inside Wal-Mart and I bee line it for the toys and entertainment section where I found one lone perfume design Gen2. I am also not a fan of this one either, so I simply took a picture of it for my instagram story and headed on my way. The one thing about me is I know when I really want something, whether it be a Tam, a video game, a clothing item, etc. And if I know I am not going to use it, I don't buy it. So I saved money yesterday! :) I also hit up Toys R Us but found no Tamagotchi or GigaPets. All in all a very successful window shopping trip. And I had all six of my Tamas there for all of it. :) Today has been another great day! This morning I got up early again and my white/green cartoon Tam changed into a Tongaritchi! Then I packed up my Tams and headed to the Avalon Mall! I have not stepped foot inside that place since pre pandemic. I am terrified of most public spaces and this is one of them. I decided I really wanted a challenge today! I took all my Tams in my 3ds case and off I went. I checked out the GameStop located inside the mall and window shopped a little. Then I got myself a Starbucks inside the food court and sat down for a few mins to check my Tongaritchi. I am aiming for a Mimitchi as I mentioned in my last entry. My space galaxy Mimitchi is 20 years old and quite needy now. I think I will restart that purple space galaxy Tam again once Mimitchi leaves and this time I may try and get Pochitchi. :) Been a while since I saw that guy! Then of course I have my sweet Ginji on my Macy's Tam! He's only 14 and only in the beginning stages of becoming needy. Oh yes, on another topic as for my Tamagotchi Gen3, my Dreamy Angel changed into the Futagotenshi, so now I have two sets of twins on both Gen3 Tams. I gave the Dreamy Angel barely any candy during it's lifetime and still I got the best adults! I am looking forward to getting the other adults on Gen3 but for now I am just going to see how long my two sets of twins live. :) I've also still got my Gen3 DigiMon, Unimon who is 18 years of age and very easy to care for. I really love the group I have going right now. I posted a coupe of pictures of them all on my instagram yesterday! So yeah, it's been a really great couple of days and I am praying and hoping this goodness continues. Tomorrow I have a doctors appointment and then therapy on Friday with my social worker. I am so excited to be getting out more! It feels amazing. :) I hadn't planned on writing another log so soon since I only wrote one three days back, but things have been so good I just had to write about it. I am still pretty comfy running 6 Tamas but I could be persuaded to hatch more in the coming days, probably the weekend after I am finished all my appointments. It feels like a while since Katherine and I hatched one together so maybe I'll see what her plans are! :) Anyways, I am off to relax and have a bath before unwinding with some TV for the evening!
