17/10/2024: It has become very apparent to Kat and I that it is much harder to raise these remake P1/P2 Tams than we were led to believe.  At the same time this has made things a lot more fun, and I think we are both going to stick with this for a while. I have had many changes happen with my five Tams since the last time I wrote on the 11th!  I am going to try and go in chronological order to keep things organized but that's hard to do when I haven't written a lot of stuff down.

This past Saturday was my biggest news!  During the late afternoon of that day my 15 year old Masukutchi (purple/pink) changed into the secret character of Bill!  I was totally shocked and happened to be sitting right there with my Tamas when the screen shimmered.  I looked on in amazement as the screen faded black one last time and then appeared old Billy. :). This is my first ever secret character on a remake Tam and I am so happy to have him.  He is currently 20 years of age and not at all demanding.  He stopped asking for discipline once he changed into Bill.

As mentioned in my last update I got a Masukutchi on my clear blue Tama.  I've not been catching all of the disciplines on this one, and I've also let the hearts fall to empty a few times now.  While it would be cool to get the Japanese P1 secret character, I really have my heart set on getting a Ginjirotchi and I would rather just let my masked character live out his life as normal and not change.  I am not up to hatching a sixth Tama right now, quite comfortable running this current group of five that I have.  Masukutchi is 12 years of age and if all goes according to plan he will depart in the next 4-5 days.  I am going to try for a Ginji on this Tama again after that. :)

While I had been hoping and praying for a Ginjirotchi on my white/black Japanese P1 my dreams were dashed when he changed into a Mametchi this past Tuesday.  Boy was I ever disappointed... Either way, I am not going to give up on mastering the technique to raising a Ginji.  I know it is possible since I've had him 3 times before on these new Tamas.  I've been taking really good care of all of them, but it seems I either end up with Mimitchi/Mametchi or Masukutchi/Zukitchi.  I never did have this problem with my 1997's, but I am not going to give up on my remakes. :)

My final Tama changed into adulthood early this morning!  I was awake early (like 5:30am) and I noticed my Tongaritchi (white/green cartoon Tama) hadn't changed before bedtime last night.  Well I decided to wake my cartoon Tama up at 5:45am and he finally changed into adulthood at age 8 to be none other than my sweet Mimitchi. :) I was seriously really worried that I would end up with Pochitchi since I've been having no luck getting a Ginji, but I am just so happy to have gotten another Mimitchi.  Now I have two Mimitchi's - my other one is 12 years of age and resides on my blue/purple lightening Tama. :)

I am quite happy with my little group of adults.  Kat has been doing very well with her Tamas too! I am so excited because Kat got my the Macy's clear orange P1 Tamagotchi. :) I think we will definitely be hatching those ones together.  She sent me a picture of it in the box the other day alongside hers and it is such a gorgeous Tama!  She doesn't know this yet, but I am already planning which Tama I want to buy her next hehehe. ;) I think we are most definitely going to be a bad influence on each other, especially once it gets closer to Christmas, hehe!!  More group hatchings and fun things to come for sure.

I've debated getting some of the version 1 remake DigiMon's since I always very much enjoyed my 1997 ones.  I may take a look on eBay or one of the other many online Tama stores this week.  Might be a nice little thing to pick out and tell Matthew to put on my Christmas list. :) I am still hopeful they will do more remakes of the Angel, Ocean, Morino, and Devil.... I keep telling Kat and Shawn that all we have to do is visualize it and it may just come true. ;)

I am up early today because we have to drop the Jeep off at the dealership 7:30 for a check-up and tire change.  We all love the Jeep so much, especially Mom and I!  I wouldn't have that Jeep without her and Matt's help so I am very grateful for that.  We finally have ourselves a nice and safe vehicle again for our messy Canadian winters.  Back when I first started this website in 2015 I owned an old 4X4 Ford Escape.  I loved that thing so much, and my Tamas of that time all used to get carted around in all kinds of weather conditions.  Well, history is repeating itself in the best way possible now!  My Tams come everywhere with me now, and while I am not as brave as Kat to have them out with me in stores they still get to enjoy lots of Jeep adventures.

I used to love bringing my Tamas with me to the mall back in 2015/2016 when I was running many at once, but these days my anxiety is so bad that I don't really go to the mall or out in public that much.  That is slowly changing as I've found a small Foodland grocery store just outside the city that I am really comfortable going into and doing my shopping.  The people are friendly and I feel very much at ease going in and doing my shopping.  I am finally getting a little independence back.  Mom and Matt have been doing my grocery shopping now for YEARS since I went off work.  More on that another day!

For now I am going to end this blog here.  I don't think I will be back with any updates to this one unless my Masukutchi should change into that secret character, but I am really hoping he doesn't... But if he does that's fine too.  I must go get ready to bring the Jeep in!  Until next time Tama lovers.
